We will personally contact you, schedule your call, and thoroughly address every question you have, including replying to any follow-up emails you may have with any clarifications or notes you need.

In this 60-minute one-on-one phone or Skype consultation you get all your training, nutrition or health questions answered. We will personally contact you, schedule your call, and thoroughly address every question you have, including replying to any follow-up emails you may have with any clarifications or notes you need.

 

Training & Nutrition Plan Design ($997)

Need a customized nutrition plan designed? How about a training plan for your specific goals, health history and body?

Based on your questionnaires, your nutrition program include a written plan, suggested supplements and a roadmap with instructions. The training program is based on your goals, health history, and includes all workouts, exercises, biohacks, recovery protocols and other strategies used by Ana VBK and Dr. Ivan Rusilko to enhance performance.

After you purchase your plan, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to begin your intake forms and schedule your first 20-minute one-on-one phone or Skype consultation to address your goals and concerns.

It's important that you realize the nutrition and training plans take Ana and her team a great deal of time to prepare, including reviewing, intake forms, designing workouts, etc. Because of this, please note that we have a strict no refund policy on plans.

You also will receive one month supply of Lyfe Collagen and Lyfe Fuel.
